In the rare event that you receive a defective in-stock product or your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This may also include incorrect sizing chosen. Exchanges may be permitted if the incorrect size has been ordered but all postage will be at the expense of the customer. Refunds will be issued only for damaged or defective in-stock products that cannot be replaced. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

In-stock products will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order placement.

For orders within New Zealand, we utilize courier services for delivery, which typically takes 1-2 business days. International orders will be shipped via standard international shipping, which usually takes approximately 6-10 business days for delivery.

We offer flat rate shipping charges based on your country. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
