Please note, all custom and sale items and hats purchased with a Perfect Fit Guide Package are not eligible for return. All deposits for custom hats are non-refundable.
CUSTOM HATS
We work hard to get you the correct fit! If you receive your hat and it’s not quite right please call us and we’ll do our best to help. Most times a tweak here or there is all that needs to be done and we can help you do that at home.
If it’s determined you require a refund of the purchase price, we will issue a return authorization number and refund promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless there was an error on our end.
OUR ERROR: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we’ll issue a return label at our cost and pay the return shipping costs plus any shipping fees related to the replacement of the item in question.
YOUR ERROR: If the return is a result of your error (incorrect head measurement, didn’t like, etc.) you will not be elegible for any return or refund.
DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: If your item is damaged in shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier. We will be glad to help you with any documentation needed for the claim.
