SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Custom ordered halters will be crafted within 2 weeks from the date of order placement. For other custom products, you will be advised of the turnaround time upon order confirmation. It is my aim to complete orders as quickly as possible, while still working a full time job too! In-stock products will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order placement.
Shipping Methods
For orders within New Zealand, we utilize courier services for delivery, which typically takes 1-2 business days. International orders will be shipped via standard international shipping, which usually takes approximately 6-10 business days for delivery.
Shipping Charges
We offer specific product rate shipping charges based on your country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Custom Handmade Products
Due to the custom nature of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Each item is meticulously crafted to your specifications, making it unique and personalized for you.
In-Stock Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective in-stock product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. We cannot a accept returns due to change of mine. This may also include incorrect sizing chosen. Exchanges may be permitted if the incorrect size has been ordered but all postage will be at the expense of the customer. Due to customs policies with international orders, we cannot accept returns if the item has come into contact with a horse.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued only for damaged or defective in-stock products that cannot be replaced. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
