In the rare event that you receive a defective in-stock product or your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This may also include incorrect sizing chosen. Due to customs policies, we cannot accept any returned items that have come into contact with a horse. Exchanges may be permitted if the incorrect size has been ordered but all postage will be at the expense of the customer. Refunds will be issued only for damaged or defective in-stock products that cannot be replaced. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
