We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This may also include incorrect sizing chosen. Exchanges may be permitted if the incorrect size has been ordered but all postage will be at the expense of the customer.Refunds will be issued only for damaged or defective in-stock products that cannot be replaced. For orders within New Zealand, we utilize courier services for delivery, which typically takes 1-2 business days. International orders will be shipped via standard international shipping, which usually takes approximately 6-10 business days for delivery.
