We take your head shape seriously (round, oval, triangle (yes I've seen one), extra lumpy—you name it) and shape your hat to fit your actual head, not some factory guess. Millie can even fit it around your cochlear implant or hearing aids!
And if it still needs a tweak once it arrives? No stress. We'll work with you to make sure it feels spot-on. That might mean a quick steam, a small reshape, or even a return trip to the workshop. Whatever it takes—we'll get it right.
