Cancellation Policy

Bar M is now taking pre-bookings for our Custom Hat Experience at the NZ Agricultural Fieldays, June 11–14, 2025. If you’ve been to one of our shows before, you’ll know—our custom hats fly out the door, and no one loves queuing for their dream hat. Pre-booking gives you VIP access, skips the line, and guarantees a spot to design your own custom piece with Millie. Pre-booking includes: A private 1:1 (or 1:2 max) design session Guaranteed access to the full customisation experience First pick of materials, styles, and sizes Your chosen hat type, size, and colour reserved just for you—but only if requested at time of booking IMPORTANT: If you’re after a specific hat size, colour, or style, you must pre-book it so we can ensure it's available. Otherwise, you’ll be choosing from what’s left on the day—and stock will decrease as the event goes on. The most preferential bookings will be on the first two days of Fieldays, with limited spaces daily. A deposit is required to confirm your spot. Remaining balance is paid at your session.
